What personal data we collect.

We collect contact details such as your name, email address and telephone number; the content of any enquiry, message or attachment you send us, including through our contact form; details you give us by phone or email when arranging a site survey or discussing a project; and technical information about your visit to our website, such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy). We do not collect payment card details through our website, as we do not currently process payments online.

We use your data to respond to enquiries and provide quotes or information about our services; arrange and carry out site surveys, and deliver roofing and cladding work you have instructed; manage our relationship with you, including any contract for work; keep records for accounting, health and safety, and legal compliance; improve our website, where you have consented to analytics cookies; and send marketing about our services, only where you have agreed to this, with an option to opt out at any time.
